Publication Application
Congratulations on being accepted to The Secret Society of Poetry! In order for us to publish you work, we ask you to complete a checklist of documents in which you will submit below. Be sure to include your consent form, biography, headshot, and poetry recording (for poems only). More information about each below.
Consent to Publish
Form
In order to publish your work, we ask you to sign a consent to publish form. This permits us, with your fullest consent, to publish your work. If multiple works are selected, include all titles on the consent to publish form or submit multiple documents.

Your address is optional. But this allows us to send any potential Publication Certificates, Prizes, etc.

If you are 18 or older, please sign the (18 Older) document. If you are younger than 18 please sign the (Under 18).
Headshot, Biography, & Recording
We ask that you submit a headshot of your choosing alongside a short biography all about you. The headshot is optional, but the biography is not.
